Job Title: Program Manager

The building blocks of being a Program Manager are simple: enriching the lives of adults with disabilities within our community. As a Program Manager, you have the opportunity to help individuals find and connect to interests, people, places, and hobbies. Every day in this position is different which means it is never boring!

As a Program Manager, you are responsible for developing and overseeing the outcomes of people and directly supporting them in the Independent Living Services program. The goal is to assist each person to live their best life possible, as independently and safely as they desire. This position supervises Direct Support Professional staff as they provide care and support to individuals with disabilities. Program Managers are required to have four years of either full-time work or education related to the human services field. Supervisory experience is always a plus, but we will train the right candidate!

About Bear Creek Services:

Our organization was founded in 1976 out of necessity by parents of children with developmental disabilities. After a long and tiresome struggle, we opened our first group home in May of that same year. We now operate 14 group homes and provide supports to 50+ individuals in our Independent Living Services program. Our mission is to provide personalized community life experiences for individuals with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries.
