Bear Creek Services’ employees who are working 30 or
more hours a week are eligible to participate in benefit plans after
completing 90 days of employment.
Bear Creek Services offers a comprehensive benefits
package to include medical, dental, life, and disability insurance.
In addition to these plans, employees can also participate in our
403B Plan that offers a variety of investment options.
MEDICAL AND DENTAL PLANS
The key components of our medical plan are preventive care services
which includes cancer screening, routine vision exams, and
prescription drugs coverage. Our dental plan also focuses on
preventive care and offers a wide range of services to help our
employees maintain good dental health.
LIFE INSURANCE
Company-paid and optional term life and accident insurance
help protect against financial hardship in the event of serious
injury or death.
SHORT-TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE
This plan provides partial replacement income if
employees are unable to work due to a non-work related disabilities.
RETIREMENT
After completing 90 days of employment, employees are eligible to
enroll in our 403B Plan and can contribute to their account through
payroll deductions. Our plan offers diversified investment options
to help employees meet their retirement savings goals.
PERSONAL TIME OFF (PTO)
Employees who are working 25 or more hours a week can accrue leave
hours prorated by the number of hours worked per week.
STAFF DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY
At Bear Creek Services, whenever possible we encourage our employees

develop and enhance their skills through on-the-job training
opportunities, in-service trainings, as well as other training
